We are forgiven no matter what. God sees the whole world as forgiven because of the sacrifice of his Son. (Whether people know this or believe it is another story.)
The answer to the question I think you're asking is: We don't have to say "please forgive me..." as much as we have to say "I'm sorry for..."
Know what I mean? God likes it when we talk to him, and confessing our sin will just make things right with Him.

Why are you even on this site? Did you just join to make fun of us Christians? Piece of advice, just keep your comments to yourself. Okay? This is my opion about the issue:
In the state of love you are allowed to do anything.

By the way as Christ died on the cross, forgiveness for your sins is granted by 100%.

In the center of your life is Jesus. Living with this fact implies ACTING.
Acting shows your relation-ship to Jesus.

Anyway you just shouldn't bother about people judging your life(style).
It`s your personal business.

Not to forget is, that living with the Messiah reveals truth. Truth, which strengthens your bond to your best friend, implying peace of mind also called faith.

To put it more eloquently: Your doubts fade.
Thoughts hence are futile.

The way you ACT is decisive.
Just live your life :-)
